Crew commander General Assistant Stellan
Stellan is the team’s first point of contact. Answers questions, takes requests from start to finish and knows when something belongs with another crew member — or with a person.
Roles are yours to define. These five are worked examples of what a crew member looks like when it is described the way you would describe a colleague.
These are examples, not a roster. Each crew member is defined by what it’s responsible for, who it answers to and what it isn’t allowed to touch — and only then by what it can do.

The crew member you need probably isn’t on this page. Each one is shaped around a process only you run, with scope, memory and permissions set up with your team during onboarding.
A crew member is shaped around a process you already run, not around a model. Its scope is written down before it starts, and it is the same scope a person on your team would be handed.
Every crew member has a named human counterpart. Work that needs a decision goes to that person, and the log says who asked, who approved and what changed.
Permissions are a boundary, not a setting. What sits outside the scope is unreachable rather than discouraged, and autonomy is revocable in one place at any time.
